We want you to love your ORAVIA Glow Stick. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible: the product must be at least half-unused (we know skincare needs a fair trial), and you must contact us at oraviainfo@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
